भुगतान के नवीन साधनों में उच्च वृद्धिः

भीम-यूपीआई²की वृद्धि:अक्टूबर, 2016 मेंभारत इंटरफेस फॉर मनी- युनिफाइड पेमेंट्स इंटरफेस (भीम-यूपीआई) से होने वाले लेनदेन की संख्या 48 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशिसमेत 1.031 लाख की थी, जो कि अक्टूबर, 2018 में बढ़ कर 74,978.27 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि के साथ 48.236 करोड़ हो गई ।

एइपीएस³में बढ़ोतरी:अक्टूबर, 2016 मेंआधार समर्थित भुगतान प्रणाली (एइपीएस) के अंतर्गत 221 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि के साथहोने वाले लेनदेन की कुल संख्या 2.57 करोड़ थी, जो संख्या अक्टूबर, 2018 में 5893 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि समेत 15.07 करोड़ हो गई ।

भारत बिल पेमेंट सिस्टम (बीबीपीएस) में युटिलिटी बिल पेमेंट⁴के रूप में बढ़ोतरीः अक्टूबर, 2016 में 0.035 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि समेत बीबीपीएस के लेनदेन की संख्या 11,000 थी, जो अक्टूबर, 2018 में 910 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि के साथ 2.94 करोड़ हो गई ।

नेशनल इ-टोल कलेक्शन (एनइटीसी): दिसम्बर, 2016 में इलेक्ट्रॉनिट टोल संग्रहण के लिये टोल प्लाज़ा पर FASTAG के इस्तेमाल से एनइटीसी की शुरुआत हुई । अक्टूबर, 2018 में एनइटीसी के उपयोग से FASTAG का उपयोग  कर टोल प्लाज़ा पर 502 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि के साथ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक लेनदेन की संख्या 2.22 करोड़ है ।

चुरु में भूतपूर्व सैनिकों की रैली, इन्फैंट्री डे समारोह में साइकिल रैली का आयोजन किया गया, 72वां इन्फैंट्री दिवस समारोह

पीआरओ भारतीय सेना के चुरू जिले के सुजानगढ़, सरदारशहर, राजगढ़, रतनगढ़ और तारानगर तहसील के दिग्गजों ने 29 अक्टूबर 2018 को 9 बजे से जिला पुलिस स्टेडियम, चुरु में एक पूर्व सैनिकों की रैली आयोजित करेगी। इस रैली का उद्देश्य पूर्व सैनिकों को उनकी शिकायतों के समाधान उपलब्ध कराना और नवीनतम नीतियों / कार्यक्रमों के साथ-साथ नौकरी के अवसरों के संबंध में जागरूकता बढ़ाने में सहायता प्रदान करना है।

स्टालों की स्थापना विभिन्न रिकॉर्ड ऑफिस, सेना कल्याण आवास संगठन, सेना कल्याण शिक्षा समिति, पूर्व-सैनिक योगदान स्वास्थ्य योजना, सेना भर्ती कार्यालयों, पेंशन संपर्क कक्ष, सेना कल्याण नियुक्ति संगठन, पूर्व-सैनिक हेल्पलाइन, जिला सैनिक बोर्ड के साथ-साथ  भारतीय वायु सेना और भारतीय नौसेना भी शामिल होगी। स्थानीय प्रशासन विभिन्न बैंकों और शिकायत समाधान कक्ष के कार्यालय भी स्थापित करेगा। सैन्य अस्पताल, बीकानेर पूर्व-सैनिकों के लाभ के लिए रैली के दौरान एक चिकित्सा शिविर भी आयोजित करेगा।

रैली के दिन सुजानगढ़, सरदारशहर, राजगढ़, रतनगढ़ और तारानगर के विभिन्न स्थलों से बसों की भी व्यवस्था की गई है। 

72वें पैदल सेना (इन्फैंट्री) दिवस का जश्न मनाने के लिए इन्फैंट्री के सभी 27 रेजिमेंटों द्वारा साईकिल रैलियों का आयोजन किया गया। सभी टीमें अपने संबंधित रेजिमेंटल सेंटर से नई दिल्ली के लिए रवाना हुईं, जिन्हें 27 अक्टूबर 2018 को इंडिया गेट पर सेनाध्यक्ष जनरल बिपिन रावत ने फ्लैग-इन किया था ।

इस साईकिल रैली के जरिए संबंधित रेजिमेंट सेंटरों ने 2000 किलोमीटर की दूरी तय किया। इस अवसर पर सामूहिक रूप से सभी 27 रेजिमेंटों ने 50,000 किमी से अधिक की दूरी तक की। अपने प्रवास के दौरान, इन्फैंट्री सैनिकों ने सेना के दिग्गजों से बातचीत की और देश के युवाओं को राष्ट्र निर्माण के लिए भी प्रेरित किया। 

भारतीय सेना के बहादुर इन्फैंट्रीमेन द्वारा कर्तव्यपरायणता एवं निःस्वार्थ समर्पण हेतु, 'अमर जवान ज्योति' पर पुष्पांजलि समारोह आयोजित किया गया था। थल सेनाध्यक्ष जनरल बिपिन रावत सहित सेना के वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों ने इस अवसर पर पुष्पांजलि अर्पित किया। 1971 के युद्ध में कौशल के लिए वीर चक्र प्राप्त सिपाही बूटा सिंह ने प्रतिनिधित्व किया।
